Formatting error invalidates nearly 6,000 signatures for Boulder term-limit ballot measure

Boulder’s city clerk this week invalidated nearly 6,000 signatures on the petition submitted in support of a ballot measure that would ask voters to limit City Council members to three terms.

Andy Schultheiss, Open Boulder’s executive director, said “…we’re making every mistake possible.”
