City Attorney Tom Carr has posted the official draft of the Co-op Ordinance in preparation for the December 6, 2016 Council Meeting:

A couple things to note:
- The term “stakeholders” is a code word referring to co-op activists
- The grandfather provision is back in a slightly altered form (10-11-4 (2)):
(2) All applications shall be submitted at least thirty days prior to occupancy, provided, however, that any applicant that can demonstrate operation in the same dwelling unit as a legitimate cooperative on December 6, 2016 may submit an application while in occupation of that dwelling unit.
