Skepticism over plans for the future annexation of CU Boulder South — the 300-acre land parcel south of Table Mesa Drive and west of U.S. 36 — continued to spread among roughly 125 people in attendance Monday night at a community meeting held to address previous concerns and outline new, albeit vague, information for the controversial site.

Continued apprehension toward such plans, coupled with concerns raised during an open house in September, could forecast a rocky public process moving forward as the city and the University of Colorado try to determine which areas of the property may be suitable for development.
