CU South (Flatirons Gravel Pit)

The city is in the process of updating the Boulder Valley Comprehensive Plan.  One area that they are looking at is the so-called “CU South” site, which was formerly the site of the Flatirons Gravel Pit.

Flood mitigation is a huge concern for this site, as is the potential lack of control by the City once the University of Colorado controls the property.
