City Boards and Commissions

The City of Boulder is looking for citizens to serve on a number of advisory Boards and Commissions. Annual recruitment for positions began on January 4 and will run through February 13.

Volunteers appointed to serve on a board or commission help City Council examine issues and, in turn, shape the future of Boulder. Full details and application forms are on the City of Boulder website at:

It is important for citizens representing a variety of views and interests to participate in these committees. Many of them, such as the Planning Board, have a large influence on the policies and direction of Boulder, particularly with regard to development in and around neighborhoods. Planning Board applications begin in 6 weeks, so time is of the essence.

Please consider applying for one of these boards. BNA can provide information, advice, and support to any of our members who are interested in serving.

If you are interested, please fill out and submit the following form – and we will contact you within the next few weeks.
